Impossible Brownie Pie

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 bar (4 ozs,) sweet cooking chocolate, melted and cooled.
• 1/2 cup of Bisquick baking mix
• 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup of margarine or butter, softened
• 3/4 cup of chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x1 1/4" pie plate. Beat all ingredients except the nuts until smooth, 2 minutes in a blender on high, stopping blender occasionally to stir, or 2 minutes with hand beater. Pour into plate; sprinkle with nuts. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 min. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream if desired.
