Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cans (15 1/4 oz. each) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) pinto beans in tomato sauce
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) diced tomatoes, drained
- Crushed tortilla chips
- Shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat. Cook until no longer pink. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning, corn, beans, and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Pour over tortilla chips. Sprinkle with cheese.
