Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 slices orange rind, 1/2 x 3 inches, white part removed
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in blender and process until thick. Pour into freezer 15 minutes before serving. Garnish.
