Ingredients
- 200 ml. Glühwein (spiced sweet wine).
- 100 g. dark chocolate.
- 250 g. butter.
- 200 g. sugar.
- A pinch of salt.
- 5 eggs.
- 250 g. all-purpose flour.
- One tablespoon of baking powder.
- 1 teaspoon cocoa.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Preparation
Step 1
- Heat the wine with spices, cook for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Chop the chocolate. Cook using a double broiler or in the microwave until melted and let cool briefly.
- Beat the butter, sugar and salt until creamy consistency.
- Add and mix well the eggs one by one and then add the chocolate mixture and whisk vigorously.
- Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon (sifted), and then pour slowly and mix 125 ml. spiced wine once it has cooled.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
-For Frosting, mix together cream cheese frosting and some gluhwein for color.
