Ingredients
- 5 Potatoes
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Package Onion Soup
- 3 Cups Mixed Vegetables
- 1 - 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Step 1
Mash potatoes with milk and butter. Brown beef and garlic. Drain fat. Add soup, vegetables, milk, oregano and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes to reduce liquid. Put into lightly greased casserole. Cover with potatoes and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
