Ingredients
- 6 c. cornbread
- 6 oz pkg herb seasoned bread stuffing
- 4 eggs beaten
- 6-7 c. chicken broth
- 2 cans chciken broth

Step 1
Crumble conrbread into a large mixing bowl. Add stuffing and mix well. Saute the celery and onions in butter. Add to bread mixture. Add eggs and spices. Mix well. Slowly begin adding broth. Add broth till soupy. It should be very soupy as you put it in the oven. Consistency once cooked should be similar to that of grits. Bake 325 uncovered for about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. You can tell when it is done by the browness on top and the firmness in the middle of the casserole.
