Ingredients

  • 8 ounces
  • cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream, divided
  • 3/4 cup Nutella,*
  • warmed slightly
  • 1 purchased chocolate cookie pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric
mixer for 2 minutes, or until light and fluffy.
2. In another bowl, whisk 1/ 2 cup heavy cream
with Nutella until smooth. Whip remaining heavy
cream until soft peaks form.
3. Fold half of the whipped cream into the
cream cheese and half into the Nutella mixture.
Alternately spoon the two batters into the
piecrust, creating layers. Refrigerate for at least
1 hour. Makes 9 servings.
Tip: Warm Nutella in a bowl in a microwave
on high for 5 seconds. Or heat in a saucepan on
the stove top over low heat until creamy.
