Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/8 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 bay leaves

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350.

2. Combine cranberries and sugar. Place in sprayed loaf pan.

3. Mix beef-salt. Place in pan, patting down gently. Top with bay.

4. Bake until done, about 60 mins. Remove bay. Turn onto serving plate, drizzle with sauce.
