Ingredients
- 2 Tbls Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Ground Tarragon
- 1 lb Flank Steak
- 1/3 C. Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tbls Fresh Parsley

Step 1
Mix Mustard, Garlic, Pepper and tarragon together. Spread 1/2 of the mixture on one side of the Flank Steak.
Grill mustard side up for 4 minutes.
Turn over and spread rest of mustard mi\xture Grill for 3 minutes.
Roll in Bread crumbs & parsley mixture and place back on grill for 1 minute.
The last minute is place the steak on the same side that was pulled off.
