2 cups whole pecans
1/2 cup light brown sugar
4 TB heavy cream or half & half

Step 1

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Spread into a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes, or until coating is dry and slightly crystallized, stirring once. Remove from oven to cool and stir once more. Store in airtight container.
