- GROUND PEPPER

HEAT OIL IN HEAVY SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
ADD GARLIC AND HAZELNUTS AND COOK, STIRRING UNTIL GARLIC IS GOLDEN.
STIR IN VINEGAR AND SALT AND PEPPER
