Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
- 4 T. vinaigrette, homemade or bottled - your choice
