Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Extract
  • 2 Cans Sliced Peaches
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • Whipped Cream
  • Yellow Food Colouring

Step 1

Mix sugar, butter and eggs until fluffy. Add remainder, alternating dry and wet. Bake in greased and floured flan pan for 25 minutes at 350. Invert cake onto plate and cool. Drain juice from peaches. Arrange peaches on flan. Mix some of the juice with cornstarch. Heat rest of juice and stir in cornstarch mixture. Stir until thick and clear. Remove from heat and add food colouring. Pour over flan. Top with whipped cream.
