  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Large Potatoes
  • 1 lb. Grated Cheddar Cheese

Step 1

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Combine and mix until smooth. Roll out and cut circles. Boil and mash potatoes with salt and butter. Add cheese until melted. Drop spoonful onto dough and fold over. Boil and serve. (Freeze before boiling)
