Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 2-ounce can black olives, sliced
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp. diced green pepper
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Step 1


Add other ingredients to chilled rice. Add enough mayonnaise to hold it together. Refrigerate. Tastes best when refrigerated about 2 hours.
