Ingredients
- 1 pound bean sprouts
- 2 cups cooked shrimp
- 1 can Chinese crispy noodles
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/4 cup minced green onions
- 1/4 cup celery cut diagonally
- Dressing
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
