Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-2 cups cornflakes crumbs
- 2 lb chicken cutlets, cut into strips or 12 small drumstick
- Non stick cooking spra

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
In a small bowl, combine bbq sauce, teriyaki sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, and garlic powder.
Pour cornflakes crumbs into a shallow bowl. Dip cutlets or drumstick s into the sauce and then coat in corn flakes crumbs.
To cook cutlets, thread breaded strips onto wooden skewers. Spray all sides of the chicken with nonstick spray. Place skewer on a 9x13 pan so chicken is suspended. Bake for 25 minutes.
To cook drumsticks, coat the bottom of a small baking dish with cooking spray. Place drumsticks into pan. Spray with additional cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
