- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or hot beef drippings

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°. Mix salt and flour, gradually add milk and beat into a smooth paste. Add eggs and beat for two minutes. Cover the bottom of a 8" x 1 1/4" shallow baking dish or 12 muffin tins with melted butter or beef drippings. Pour egg mixture in pan and bake for 20 minutes. Keep oven door closed while baking. Cut into square and serve immediately.
