Straw-Ba-Nut Ice Cream

Use a 1 gallon electric or hand turned ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturor's directions. Let ripen at least 1 hour before serving.
Can use 10 oz bag of frozen strawberries, thawed

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pt fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 c pecans, chopped
- 1 (8oz) carton cool whip
- 1 about 1 c milk

Step 1
Beat eggs until frothy and gradually add sugar. Continue beating until thick. add sweetened condensed milk.
Combine strawberries, bananas, and nuts. Stir gently into egg mixture. Pour into freezer and add enough milk to fill to fill line.
