Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken breasts, cut in big chunks
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1-8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 1-8oz. package herb seasoned stuffing mix

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix. Place in a 9-13 inch casserole and cover with stuffing mix. Bake 30 minutes until hot. Do not over bake, it should remain crunchy.
