Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 - 3 1/2 lbs cut up chicken
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Step 1
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in milk, then roll in the cornmeal mixture.
2. Place in a greased 13X9 in pan. Drizzle with butter.
3. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until juices run clear.
