  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 1/2 tsp orange extract

cream sugar and butter until fluffy. add eggs one at a timebeating well.sift together flour,salt and bakingsoda,add to butter mixturealyernately wit sour cream. add extracts and vanilla. pour into greased and floured tube pan. bake at 350 for 11/2 hours. cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
