Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 clove garlic (on toothpick)
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 29 oz tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- Salt/paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in large skillet and add onion slices. Cook for 2 minutes. Add turkey and brown, stirring for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, beans, tomatoes and chili. Simmer until thickened (about 1 hour) and season to taste with salt and paprika. Remove garlic and serve topped with shredded cheddar.
