- 2 Bottles of mint sauce
- Leg of lamb
- Garlic
- Potatoes
- Onions

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove all the excess fat off a bone in leg of lamb. Make slits into meat and slip in slivers of garlic cloves.
Pour 1 bottle mint sauce plus ½ bottle of water over the lamb and set aside.
Brown cut up potatoes in oil till golden. Put the potatoes into the roasting pan with lamb making sure to strain any oil.
Saute diced onions till translucent and pat the onion mixture on top of the lamb. Pour another bottle of mint sauce plus ½ bottle of water over the lamb and pat the onion mixture gently into the lamb, making sure they don’t slide off.
Cover and roast for 15 minutes per pound.
