Apple Cake

Ingredients

• Cream cheese icing:
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 3 cups coarsely grated apples
• cups flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 4 oz cream cheese(1/2 brick)
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine eggs, sugar, and oil in mixer
Add apples
Add remaining ingredients and mix
Pour into greased 9X13 pan and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes
Frost with cream cheese icing when cool

Icing:
Cream butter and cream cheese together until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients until smooth
