Orange Vinagrette

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon orange zest
• 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
• 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
• 6 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except the Olive Oil. Drizzle olive oil in to combine with the rest of the ingredients, constantly whisking until well blended.
