Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 cup of light corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup of pecan meats
- 1 recipe plain pastry

Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar and butter together until fluffy and light. Add syrup and salt; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time and beat one minute after each addition. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for one hour and 15 minutes.
