  • You Will Need For Your Chop Suey
  • 2 Pound Of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Red Or Yellow Bell Pepper Diced Fine
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper Diced Fine
  • 1 Sweet Purple Onion Diced Fine
  • 1 Small Package Frozen Broccoli Flowerets Thawed
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Table Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Fine Ground Fresh Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Fine Ground

Preparation

Step 1

In a large non stick skillet or wok put some vegetable oil and then add in your veggies. Stir fry your veggies until done and remove them from the pan and set aside. In the same skillet or wok stir fry your skinless boneless chicken until done. At this time add in all the rest of your ingredients and mix up well. Add in your veggies and toss together. You now have the best chop suey in the world.

You will want to purchase a box of Chinese Lo Mein Noodles to cook. Follow the package directions and once you have them ready place them on a platter and pour your chop suey over the top.
