Ingredients
- 1/2 * 1/2 pound Manchego cheese, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 * 1 cup flour
- 1 * 1 egg, lightly whisked
- 1 * 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- * canola oil, for deep-frying
- * A drizzle of honey
- * A sprinkle of smoked paprika

Directions
1. Cut Manchego into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
2. Place cubes into flour, egg, then Panko crumbs.
3. Preheat a deep-fat fryer to 190C/375F or ( If you haven’t got a deep fryer, fill a large saucepan one third with vegetable oil and heat.)
4. Coat the cheese cubes in the flour, then egg, then Panko crumbs, then deep-fry until crisp and golden.
5. Drizzle honey over and dust with the paprika.
