Ingredients
- 1 red beans or black beans and rice mix
- 3 large green peppers, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- water according to box
- 1 quart home canned tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn
- 1 can green chilies

Preparation
Step 1
In a Dutch oven cook rice mix according to directions. When it comes to a boil add rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. May stick toward end. Yield: 10 servings.
Note: Can put everything together in the crockpot.
