Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1-8oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream or 1 pkg (1 ¼ oz) Cool Whip
- 1 ½ pints blueberries
- ½ cup water
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in ¼ cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter, flour and sugar as for pie crust. Press mixture into a 13x0x2 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
or until lightly browned. Watch as it burns easily. Cool. Beat softened cream cheese and confectioner’s
sugar until light and fluffy. Fold in beaten cream. Spread over crust. Cook blueberries, water, and
sugar. Thicken with cornstarch and water mixture. Chill thoroughly and spoon over cheese mixture.
Chill several hours or overnight.
