Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Beat granulated sugar, applesauce and oil. Beat in eggs, 1/4 cup juice and zest, then flour mixture. Fold in sour cream and seeds; pour into pan.
Bake 45-55 minutes or until pick inserted comes out clean.
Cool 20 minutes. Remove from pan; cool.
Mix confectioners' sugar with remaining juice; pour over cake.
