Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 T. Olive Oil
- 1 T. Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- tortillas
- Spanish Rice
- Refried Beans

Step 1
Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips. In shallow bowl combine garlic, 2 T. olive oil, lime juice, oregano and pepper. Mix well. Add chicken, cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Turn occasionally in marinade.
Heat 1 T. oil in preheated skillet. Add chicken and cook over medium-high heat for 1 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked.
Serve with cooked peppers and onion in tortillas with rice and beans.
