Ingredients
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups milk
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 6 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup vegtable oil
- 1/3 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Beat eggs and milk together and add dry ingredients. Add Oil and vanilla, beat until smooth. Keeps for sveral days in fridge. Good for pancakes or waffles. A smaller recipe can be made by halving all ingredients and using 3 eggs.
