Peanut and Pretzel Bark

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs vanilla flavored candy coating
• 1 1/2 cup broken thin pretzels (or dried cranberries)
• 1/2 cup coarsely chopped peanuts (or pecans or pistachios)
• optional: finely chopped candy canes

Preparation

Step 1

Melt coating over double boiler on low heat. Remove from heat and stir in rest of ingredients. Spread into thin layer on foil lined baking sheet. Chill 30 minutes or until firm. Break into small chunks.
