Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 2 t cream of tartar
- 1 t baking soda (can sub. 3 t baking powder for tartar and soda)
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c raisans (cover in hot water for 5 min)
- 2 T butter
- 1 egg in 1 cup then fill with milk

Step 1
Mix all until dough leaves the bowl clean. Cut dough in four pieces then cut each inot 4 making 16.
Bake 400 convection for 10 min
450 at reg for 15.
