Ingredients
- 1 6 ounce can vegetable juice or tomato
- juice.
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 chopped green sweet pepper
- 1 tablespoon sliced green onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- dash black pepper
- dash bottled hot pepper sauce
- dash Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
In a small bowl combine the vegetable juice, cucumber, sweet pepper, green onion, lemon juice, black pepper, hot pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours.
TO TOTE FOR LUNCH
Place chilled soup in a prechilled insulated vacuum bottle. (To prechill the vacuum bottle, fill the bottle with cold water. Cover with the lid; stand for 5 minutes. Pour out the water and immediately fill with the cold soup.)
