Ingredients
- 8 oz. bow tie pasta, cooked
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 celery rib, thinly sliced
- 12 olives
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup pasta salad dressing
- Garnish: fresh basil sprigs, tomato wedges
- PASTA SALAD DRESSING;
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1
Toss together pasta and next 8 ingredients; add more dressing as desired. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Garnish, if desired.
Yield: 6 servings.
Prep: 15 min., Chill: 2 hrs.
Dressing:
Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until blended. Serve any remaining dressing over salad greens.
Yield: 1 cup.
Prep: 5 minutes
Can add 2 cups cooked chicken to pasta.
