- 1/2 cup Wegmans Panko White Bread Crumbs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil
- 4 (about 8 oz each) Wegmans Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Wegmans Pan Searing Flour
- 1 Tbsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil
- 4 tsp Italian Classics Basil Pesto Sauce (Grocery Dept), divided
- 4 Food You Feel Good About Campari Cocktail Tomatoes, each cut into 3 slices
- 1 pkg (8 oz) Italian Classics Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (Cheese Shop), cut into 8 slices
- 2 tsp Italian Classics Italian Blend Grated Cheese, divided

Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine panko and basting oil; set aside. Dust chicken lightly with pan-searing flour.
2.Heat olive oil in large nonstick pan on HIGH; add chicken. Cook until chicken changes color one-quarter of way up and seared side has turned paper-bag brown, 3-4 min.Transfer chicken to parchment paper-lined baking sheet, seared side up.
3.Spread 1 tsp pesto evenly over each chicken breast. Top with alternating slices of tomato and cheese on each chicken breast (3 tomatoes, 2 cheese slices). Sprinkle each with about 2 Tbsp panko crumb mixture, then 1/2 tsp grated cheese.
4.Bake 20-25 min, until internal temp of chicken reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken).
