  • 1 pound Brie
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Slivered almonds, optional

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Place Brie in a small, shallow baking dish, such as a pie pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and drizzle honey on top and around sides. Bake for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and gooey.

3. Serve with crackers, French bread or crostini.

Notes: This was great. Just a tad too sweet, so might cut down on the sugar a bit. Just delicious.
