Applesauce Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg. (4 servings size) Vanilla instant pudding
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 cup of applesauce
• 1/2 cup of water
• 1/4 cup of oil
• 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in large bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and remove from the pans.
