Ingredients
- 1 Pound groun beef
- 4 oz. can mushrooms
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup chopped nion
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 2 cups chopped, cooked potatoes
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine meat, mushrooms, egg, onion, bread crumbs and seasoning. Mix lightly.
Press meat mixture onto bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Mash hot potatoes with milk, stir in processed cheese spread, parsley and salt.
Remove meat shell from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Drain meat shell. fill with potatoe mixture. Return to oven and continue baking for 10 minutes.
