Bisquick Peach Cobbler for 2 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz can sliced peaches in syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoon cold water
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat fruit with syrup. Blend in cornstarch dissolved in water. Bring to a boil; boil one minute. Pour into 1-quart baking dish.

Stir Bisquick and sugar together. Stir in milk and oil or butter. Drop dough by spoonfuls over top of hot fruit. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serves 2
