Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups unbleached flour, sifted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Combine flour and salt, slowly add to butter mixture. Fold in nuts. Chill 1-2 hours.
Fold dough into 1/2" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes @ 400. Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
