Ingredients
- 3 cups of sifted flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup softened margarine
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 3 eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups of milk

Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar gradually and beat until well blended. Add 1 egg at a time and mix well. Add vanilla and continue to mix until light and fluffy. Stir in flour mixture alternating with milk. Begin and end with flour mixture. Fill cupcakes 2/3 full and bake at 350 degreess for 20 minutes.
