Ingredients

  • Dipping Sauce:
  • 2 16 oz. pkgs sausage
  • 4 cups (16 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose baking mix
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a very large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well with hands or a wooden spoon.

2. Shape into 1-inch balls. Arrange meatballs on two ungreased 15-inch X 10-inch baking pans with edges.

3. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool on baking pan for 5 minutes.

4. Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine dipping sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over med heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
