Ingredients
- Chinese BQ Pork
- Barbara Heilman-Friend of bethel
- 375 °
- 75 minutes total bake time
- 3 Tb. Soy sauce
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Tb. Sherry
- 1/4 tsp. Chinese 5 spice
- 1 clove garlic
- red food color
- 2 lbs. Pork loin

Preparation
Step 1
--Mix first 7 ingredients, stir over heat to dissolve sugar.
Cut pork in strips and score meat.
Pour mixture over meat and marinate over night.
–Line roasting pan w/foil, put meat on rack and bake 45 min. @ 375° turn meat baste with marinade and bake another 20 min, baste again and bake a final 10 minutes.
