- 2 lbs. skinned, boned chicken breasts, cut into quarters or smaller
- 1 14 oz. jar of salsa
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 10 minutes.

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange chicken pieces in a 9x13” baking dish
Cover dish with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
Remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes
Sprinkle cheese over chicken and bake another 10 minutes.
