Ingredients
- 2 tbsp yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 7-8 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
Set 2 tbsp yeast, 1cup warm water, and 1 tsp sugar for 10 minutes
Stir rest of ingredients together and add to yeast mixture.
Let rise 25 min. punchdown, then let rise 20 min. Put in pans and let rise 30 minutes. Bake 20 min at 400. Dont overise time limits
French bread secret:
Divide dough into 4 parts. Shape each piece into 8X12- roll out even then roll up (as for CB's) pinch edges and ends. Slash with knife. Brusha whisked egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds
