Ingredients
- 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup almonds, crushed
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 4 fish filets
- 1 lemon, cut in quarters

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a blender or a food processor, process together the bread crumbs and almonds till fine. Pour onto a dinner plate.
Pour the buttermilk into a bowl and dip in the fish filets, on at a time. Then press the fish into the bread-crumb mixture.
Place the coated fish in a lightly greased baking pan. Cook fish for about 10 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with a lemon wedge.
